Swap Shelf / Table

Anybody handy fancy setting up a swap shelf or table on Farnborough Road allotments? We will soon have a surplus and it is good to share. It will have to be quite high to keep clear of deer and mice. Or even better have a lid.

It’s a bit of a gamble with the weather, and frost got many of the potatoes. But hey, that’s life on the allotment. They should survive. And at least we have had rain now too.

Farnborough Road Plot #14

Congratulations to Dave of Farnborough Road for best in show at the Farnham Allotment Show. His beans were long, straight and identical in length. Deserving winner in a hotly contested category. It was I think his first show – so, Dave, it can only be downhill from here on in !
